The app has no accounts
The app does not ask for your first name, surname or e‑mail address. Access to purchased content is linked to your Google Play or App Store account, not to an account in the app.
Data on your device
Meal swaps, favourite dishes, downloaded meal plans and your answers to the “Help me choose a diet” (“Pomóż w doborze diety”) questionnaire are saved only on your device and are not sent to us. The questionnaire’s calculations (e.g. BMI) are performed by your phone.
You can delete them in the app: Settings (Ustawienia) → “Delete data from device” (“Usuń dane z urządzenia”) — or by uninstalling the app. Both actions permanently erase the local data. The questionnaire answers alone can also be deleted with “Delete adviser answers” (“Usuń odpowiedzi doradcy”) in Settings.
“Delete data from device” does not erase the random installation identifier or the copy of the purchase history stored on the device — they are needed to handle purchases. Uninstalling the app removes them. On Android, the app has the system backup disabled, so uninstalling erases them irrecoverably. On iOS, restoring an iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup may restore the app’s data.
Data outside your device
To verify a purchase and deliver the content, information about the meal plan you bought goes to RevenueCat (purchase history) and to our server on Supabase — together with a random installation identifier, which contains no identifying data, and your IP address in the server logs. This data is kept for as long as necessary to handle purchases, including restoring them, and thereafter for the period resulting from these providers’ technical and legal requirements.
Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store as a separate data controller — for billing data, contact the store directly.
Asking for data to be deleted
Write to kontakt@codedriven.pl. You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. If you have written to us, we process your e‑mail address and the content of your message for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for the limitation period for any claims.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), the Polish supervisory authority, or with the supervisory authority of the EU/EEA country where you live or work (Article 77 GDPR; list of authorities: https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/our-members_en).
