Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is CodeDriven Sebastian Rosiński, NIP (tax ID) 6351828443, REGON 368847292, Mikołów, Poland. For anything related to personal data, write to kontakt@codedriven.pl.
What data and why
Contact form and e‑mail: your name, e‑mail address, topic and message. I use them only to reply and to carry on a conversation about possible cooperation.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation leads towards a contract, steps taken before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but without an e‑mail address I cannot reply.
How long
I keep correspondence for the duration of the conversation and any cooperation, and afterwards for the limitation period of possible claims. Messages that do not lead to cooperation are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can also ask me to delete them at any time.
Who processes data on my behalf
Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, contact form handling and e‑mail forwarding. Google Ireland Ltd. — the mailbox that receives the messages.
Both companies may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The only thing stored in your browser (localStorage) is the chosen theme: light or dark. That information never leaves your device.
Cloudflare, as the hosting provider, processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. A message to kontakt@codedriven.pl is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). I make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
